Our farm shop here in East Cork offers local produce from neighbouring farms and award-winning artisan Irish food producers which means seasonality, traceability, superb freshness, flavour and low food miles – better for our local community and better for our environment.

Join us for a unique shopping experience with a range of locally produced artisan products along with our own premium freshly farmed Milk and dairy produce through our Milk vending machine and Farm shop.
Our emphasis is on offering wholesome, fresh, sustainable food sourced from neighbouring farms, regional producers and artisans in a family friendly setting.
A visit to Rostellan farm offers visitors and customers the opportunity to enjoy our fresh premium milk and milkshakes, ice-cream, tea, freshly ground coffee, and fresh homemade bakes and treats that can be enjoyed on our picnic pods and benches overlooking the beautiful East Cork countryside and the animals that produce our delicious dairy range.
The Building
Our farm shop is located in a traditional stone building adjacent to the dairy in what once was ‘The Calving House’! Many a calf was born in this building we estimate approximately 3,000 over the past 100 years!
The building has a multitude of characterful features including the broad local red sandstone walls, brick arch entrance and arrow slit windows. The unconventional nook in one of the stone walls just inside the Farm Shop door which we believe may have served as a candle holder or an old oil burner for light in days gone by. These unique features, along with some old farming artifacts, decorate the shop and give a delightful sense of stepping back in time!
